She has experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, foreign exchange regulation, and intellectual property. She advises domestic and international companies on corporate governance, capitalizations, and compliance with their routine obligations before Colombian authorities, as well as on due diligence processes, trademark registration and defense, data protection, and employment matters, including work visas and immigration compliance for employer companies. She rejoined Gamboa Abogados in 2026, having previously been an associate at the firm between 2024 and 2025. Before that, she was an associate at Valbuena Abogados, a Corporate and M&A legal analyst at Avianca S.A., and an associate at Arrubla Devis Asociados.
